Misery, thy name is Dissertation

I have discovered a new term today: snowclone. As Wikipedia very helpfully states, not to be confused with snowcone. Two very different things. This post title is a snowclone, which is when a phrase (in this case: Frailty, thy name is woman – thanks Shakespeare) is taken and used in loads of different ways…not sure what snow has to do with it, but fun fact of the day – factoid!

So misery/despair/distress/disproportionate emotional reactions, thy name IS Dissertation. Who knows, maybe in 3 months time, there’ll be slightly more positive snowclone for you, D? Yes, I doubt it too, but we live in hope.
