Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who stopped by here last week, really felt the blogging love 🙂 we weren’t very on target with our meals last week, satay chicken didn’t make it and I ate with friends Thursday..let’s hope we’re more on top of things this week…starting with going food shopping!
Having been inspired by all the meal plans last week, I seem to have promptly forgotten what amazing meals I wanted to try! [Fetches the laptop and spends half an hour going back through – this time with a notepad!]
Here is my little list…I don’t want to do too many new things at once, so I’m going to bring a couple in each week 🙂 thanks so much for all the yummy ideas people have inspired me with! Just remembered another one, slimming world chicken chow mein as featured here on Sweaty Mummy. Ahh so much choice!

Quick turn around, so roast veg and couscous (another one that didn’t make it last week)

I’m sure there’ll be leftovers, if not something from the freezer
