Hello Hairy Dieters week (with a few choc chip cookies thrown in…)! We’re starting slow, just introducing evening meals for now. Excited for trying new recipes 🙂 the Spanish-style chicken bake from last week was, in a word, incredible. Flavours were great, such a gem. Si and Dave, I salute you.
YUM. Other than that…meals were good last week. We were still eating lasagne on Thursday, it really went a long way! I won’t waffle on though, let’s get on with this week.
Minestrone Soup, hoping this one will also be used as lunches for a significant proportion on the week.
Lamb Hotpot (need to get the lamb for this one still).
Leftovers – super early babysitting and crossing town at rush hour = quick and easy meal.
Butternut Squash Tortellini – homemade, I’m so excited! The recipe makes it look so easy, but we’ll see how it goes.
