Let’s eat!

I figured it’s about time I did a meal plan…despite not having joined in with the Meal Planning Monday linky for aages now, I have been planning on and off. We got a lovely homemade chalkboard for Christmas which I’ve used a few times to keep track of things, but the last few weeks we’ve really fallen off the bandwagon. Lack of organisation has led to eating badly (takeaways and pasta), which, coupled with a stressful week or so in life, has just made me feel out of sorts.

Right, enough woe is me, time to get on with it. Let’s plan some meals! Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.

  • Homemade burgers
  • Salmon pasta bake
  • Chicken curry
  • Tomato and Basil soup with some homemade rolls

Voilà. We shall have an on-plan week!
